TARAF, the real estate division of UAE-headquartered investment holding group Yas Holding, has been announced as a Strategic Partner of LIVEX 2026, the region's premier exhibition dedicated to livability, investment and innovation. Taking place at ADNEC Abu Dhabi from 29 September to 1 October 2026, LIVEX brings together organisations shaping the future of cities, communities and investment across the region and beyond.

At LIVEX 2026, TARAF will showcase its vision for contemporary living through a growing portfolio of residential communities, waterfront developments and branded residences across the UAE.
Recently, TARAF launched Fay Valley, the latest residential release within Fay Hills in Masdar City. Designed around wellness and movement, the community introduces villas and townhouses connected through landscaped valleys, green open spaces, wellness amenities and social destinations. At LIVEX 2026, TARAF is expected to offer a preview of the next phase of Fay Hills, providing visitors with a glimpse at how the masterplan continues to evolve around the principles of livability, sustainability and quality of life.
