Taraf awards main works contract for Terrazzo Residences at Jumeirah Village Circle to Al Rakha Contracting

Dubai,United Arab Emirates – 19 August 2024: Taraf,the real estate division of UAE-headquartered investment holding group Yas Holding, has announced Al Rakha Contracting as the main contractor for Terrazzo Residences, a curated residential property in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

Established in 1986 as Al Rakha General Contracting Company WLL, Al Rakha Group of Companies is a prominent player in the UAE’s construction and transportation sectors. The company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS18001 certified, and specializes in turnkey projects, having constructed a wide range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The Group also specializes in carpentry and aluminium works, as well as the rental of heavy-duty equipment.
